摘 要:彩南油田三工河组油藏属于能量较强的边底水油藏,目前已处于高采出、高含水开采阶段,大量的低产井严重制约了油藏的开发,低产的主要原因是储层污染严重,此外固井质量差等原因不同程度的造成了油井的产量的下降。本文针对该油藏储层污染问题进行了综合解堵技术研究,筛选出了三种综合解堵工作液体系,采用将酸液浸泡、近井地带防膨及井筒防蜡三种不同工艺结合在一起,形成一趟采用多段塞、多处理液的综合解堵治理新工艺,有利于解除多类型堵塞物,提高了解堵有效率。2010年我院在三工河组油藏采用综合解堵技术现场试验13井次,解堵有效率高,增油效果显著,为彩南油田的增产、上产作出了贡献。Cai Nan-Oil field San Gonghe Zu Reservoir belongs to energy strong side bottom-water Reservoir, currently has produced in high, high water level of extraction, and a lot of low-production wells seriously restricted the development of the reservoir.The main reason for the low-production is heavy reservoir pollution,in addition,poor cementing quality and some other reasons led to the oil well production decline in different ways.Based on the reservoir pollution problems to get comprehensive solution to plugging, three kinds of comprehensive solution to plugging working liquid were screened,and three different technicses are put together: acid liquid soaking,near well area expand preventing and wellbore wax preventing,forming a new techniaue to use adopt slug,and more comprehensive solution disposing liquid,to remove blockage,thus,efficiency is highly improved. In 2010, our institution used the comprehensive-solution-on plugging technology to test 13 wells on site in San Gonghe Zu Reservoir with high efficiency of solution, so oil production is improved significantly so as to contribute greatly to production increase for Cai Nan Oil Field.
