摘 要:针对常规水力冲砂不能解决水平井冲砂难点,提出氮气泡沫冲砂工艺。开发了泡沫液体系配方,并通过实验方法研究了配方剂量对泡沫液密度影响、泡沫特征值与粘度及沉降速度关系、不同气液比下泡沫密度随井深变化规律、泡沫的半衰期及消泡性能、防膨性能,优化了冲砂管柱组合及地面循环流程。现场应用证实氮气泡沫冲砂是解决水平井冲砂的有效工艺,编制的泡沫冲砂参数计算软件被验证可以用来指导现场施工。Because conventional hydraulic sandwash technology can not achieve the purpose of sandwash in horizontal wells, nitrogen foam sandwash technology was picked up. Then the foam liquid formula was developed, and the effects of formula dose on foam liquid density,the relationship between foam eigenvalue and viscosity or sinking velocity,and the rule of foam density with well depth change under gas to liquid ratio were studied by experiments. Meanwhile, foam half-life features, defoaming characteristics and expansion-prevention characteristics were determined, and sandwash string assembly and ground circulation process were optimized. Field application has proved that nitrogen foam sandwash technology is very effective at sand washing in horizontal Wells. The calculation software about foam sandwash parameter has been verified to be used to direct performances on site.
