摘 要:研制和合成一种新型水热裂解催化剂,并将其用于新疆油田稠油的水热催化裂解降粘反应,应用柱层析法对反应前后稠油的族组成进行了测定,研究结果表明:新型稠油水热裂解催化剂可以使新疆油田稠油在反应温度为200℃,催化剂用量0.4%时,粘度降低达到91.1%,并有8.94%的重质组分裂解为轻质组分。使用气相色谱仪对反应前后的饱和烃进行烃分布测定,同时也用红外光谱IR对反应前后胶质、沥青质的结构进行了测定,说明反应后稠油重质组分发生了裂解,转化成小部分饱和烃,导致稠油黏度降低,在一定程度上改变了稠油的品质。A new-type of viscosity reducer was synthesized and used in catalytic aquathermolysis of heavy oil in Xinjiang oil field. Group compositions of heavy oil before and after reaction were measured by column chromatography. The results showed that the new catalyst led to an apparent viscosity reduction by 91.1% at 200℃ for heavy oil, with 8.94% in conversion of heavy content to light content when the concentration of the catalyst was4%. To evaluate its performance, we analyzed the hydrocarbon distribution of saturated hydrocarbon and the structure of heavy content before and after reaction by GC and FT-IR. It is found that heavy content of heavy oil was converted into a small part of saturated hydrocarbon during the catalytic aquathermolysis and finally led to the viscosity reduction, which changed the quality of the heavy oil to some extent.
