户外交流六氟化硫高压断路器的应用

摘　　要：以火力发电厂升压站6台出线开关为例,从设备选型、安装要点、改造效果等方面,介绍了220 kV升压站设备无油化改造中,6台西门子3AP1-FI型户外交流弹簧操作机构六氟化硫高压断路器的改造安装情况,并对运行及维护经验进行总结分析。实践表明,采用西门子3AP1-FI型高压断路器后,运行稳定,维护量大幅度减少,节省了人力物力,达到了节约的目的。Taking 6 outgoing line circuit breakers in fuel electric plant for an example,from the aspects of device selection,installation keynotes and modifications effect,this paper briefly introduced the installation of 6 Siemens 3AP1-FI outdoor AC circuit breakers with sulphur hexafluoride spring operating mechanism during the 220kV switchgear equipment oil-free modifications,summarizing and analyzing the operation and maintenance experience of the circuit breakers.Practice shows that the system of Siemens 3AP1-FI high-voltage circuit breakers operates reliably with less maintenance capacity,labor force and material resources,which carries economical point.
