摘　　要：无论从对自然环境的破坏程度还是污染程度来讲,农业都不亚于工业,在一些方面甚至超过工业,因此,治理农业污染,推行"清洁生产",不仅是必要的,而且势在必行。在农业清洁生产过程中存在不完全信息的情况,这使生产者和消费者产生逆向选择,最终影响到农业清洁生产的发展。文章试图用信息经济学的理论分析农业清洁生产中的不完全信息问题,并提出了解决的建议。No matter the intensity of destruction or degree of pollution to natural environment, agriculture is not second to industry, and it has even exceeded industry in some respects. Therefore, it is not only essential, but also imperative to treat agricultural pollution, pursue ＂cleaner production＂. In the process of agricultural cleaner production, there exist the phenomenons of incomplete information, which lead to the adverse selection between producer and consumer, and infect the development of agriculture at last. This paper tries to analyse the incomplete information problem of agriculture clean production on the base of information economic theory, and puts forward some proposal.
