循环经济背景下我国再生资源开发与利用研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,各种资源的消耗量逐年增大,资源供给不足已成为阻碍我国可持续发展的重要因素,再生资源的开发和利用迫在眉睫。通过对我国再生资源历史的回顾及现状的分析,提出了相关对策和建议,并列举出国外发达国家的经验和做法,以期加快我国经济发展的步伐。In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy and the increasing of people＇s living standard, various resources consumption＇ has been increasing year by year. Resource supply has become the important factor of hindering sustainable development of our country. The development and utilization of renewable resources is imminent. Based on reviewing the history and analysising of the current situation of our country＇s renewable resources, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, and cites foreign to the experiences and practice of developed countries, in order to speed up the pace of economic development in our country.
