摘  要:研究了北疆4个红花主产区及石河子大学实验站共5个区红花种植土壤微生物数量及组成,并用去趋势典范对应分析(DCCA)微生物数量与土壤养分、土壤水分和pH等环境因子的相互关系。结果表明:各区3大类土壤微生物数量均为细菌>放线菌>真菌;土壤微生物数量在不同区域表现为塔城>托里>161团>红旗农场>实验站。微生物数量与土壤理化因子间的DCCA分析表明:土壤环境因子中含水率、有机质、有效氮是决定五地微生物群落群分布的主导因子,微生物数量与土壤含水率呈极显著正相关,与土壤有机质、有效氮及有效磷含量呈显著负相关。The community structure and number of microorganism in Carthamus tinctorius soil from four main Carthamus tinctorius plantations and an experimental station in Northern Xinjiang were studied.The results showed that soil microbial quantity decreased in the order of bacteria actinomyces fungi.And the microbial quantities displayed a decrease from Tacheng,Tuili,161 Corps,to Red flag farm and the experimental station of Shihezi University at the aspect of region range.The results of Detrended Canonical Correspondence Analysis(DCCA) showed that the soil humidity,organic matter,available N and available P were the dominant factors in affecting the distribution of microorganism in Carthamus tinctorius soil.A significant positive correlation between soil microbe quantity and Soil humidity was observed through the approach of correlation analysis,and the analysis also showed an evidently negative correlation between soil microbes and organic matter,available N and available P as well.
