摘 要:在中国农业大学曲周实验站设置了优化施肥(CK)、优化施肥添加蚯蚓粪(VC)和优化施肥添加生物有机肥(MOF)的田间试验,测定了夏玉米产量,并动态监测了玉米拔节期、大喇叭口期、抽雄期和收获期地上部生物量、土壤有效磷和矿质态氮、有机质和微生物量碳的变化,并计算了氮肥效率。结果表明,施用蚯蚓粪和生物有机肥产量分别比优化施肥(CK)提高了6.8%和8.2%。在整个生育期内,施用生物有机肥的处理土壤有效磷含量显著高于对照处理,是增产的主要因素;施用蚯蚓粪的处理在作物生长的中后期对土壤微生物量碳的调节作用十分显著,对作物增产意义重大。添加蚯蚓粪和生物有机肥能够提高氮肥的利用效率,减少施氮量,应用前景广阔。A field experiment of optimal application fertilizer treatment,imputing vermicompost and microbial organic fertilizer based on optimal application fertilizer was carried out in Qu-Zhou experimental station,China Agricultural University.The following indicators were measured: the yield of summer maize and continuous monitored the shoot biomass,soil available phosphorus,soil mineral nitrogen,soil organic matter,soil microbial biomass carbon in different growing stages of summer maize.In comparison with CK treatment,the yield of maize increased by 6.8% and 8.2%,respectively in VC and MOF treatment.It was one major reason for MOF improving the yield of maize.VC treatment significantly influenced the yield of maize through regulating soil microbial biomass carbon during the mid and late period.To fertilize maize with VC and MOF was economical viable which offering a new perspective for maize nutrients management.
