一种方向盘助力装置的设计

摘  要:机动车方向盘转向较为费力,现有用于机动车方向盘助力的装置有很多种,其中电子式、液压式助力装置价格较高,不适合应用在机动三轮车上。研究机动车方向盘助力问题,在分析了现有方向盘助力装置的基础上,设计出了一种机动车的方向盘助力装置,主要解决以往机动车转向费力的问题。该方向盘助力装置的关键就是通过两个齿轮的内啮合,将作用在前轮转向轴上的力放大,作用在前轮转向轴的力被放大约为14倍左右,从而达到助力目的。装该方向盘助力置的制造成本较低,并且可以用在其它需要进行力放大的场合。In motor tricycle, this operation that turning the steering wheel by the steering body is usually very laborious for the driver. There are many existing power steering device for motor vehicles, including electronic, hydraulic power unit. but the price are high and not suitable to used in motor tricycle.This paper mainly studies on the issue of the power assisting device on steering wheel. After analyzing the existing power assisting device on steering wheel, we design a new one in order to make the motor vehicle steering more easily than before The key to the point is that the device can strength the power exerted in the steering shaft of front wheel through the meshing of two gears, which can make steering more effective. The power in the front wheel steering shaft is magnified about 14 times. The manufacturing cost of this device is lower and it can be used in other occasions to enlarge the power.
