摘　　要：本文介绍了堆焊层超声波测厚的要求、仪器和探头的选择、各项参数设置及堆焊层实施超声波测厚的步骤。通过这些方法,对奥氏体及镍基堆焊层进行了超声波测厚,得到了较为准确的测厚结果。有效地控制了堆焊层的厚度。This article introduces the requirments,choices of the equipment and search units,settings of the parameters and the steps of Ultrasonic thickness measurement for the clading layer.With those methods,the the Ultrasonic thickness measurement of the clading layer is carried out,and the accurate results are obtained.The thickness of the clading layer is better cotrolled and it supplies the forceful assurance to the performences of the product.
