摘  要:船用三速锚机工作条件恶劣,电动机转子故障是电动锚机系统的常见故障之一。转子故障在线分析中必须考虑电动机实际运行和检测条件。带通数字滤波器可以有效地滤除船舶电网谐波和在线检测系统引入的"电磁噪声",希尔伯特包络分析对电网频率波动、负载波动和电网谐波等因素的干扰具有一定的鲁棒性能。文章在理论分析的基础上,提出了基于带通数字滤波和希尔伯特包络频谱分析的异步电动机转子断条在线检测方法。仿真和诊断实例表明该方法可以抑制干扰因素的影响,有效提取故障特征量并实现故障准确诊断,是一种切实可行的在线诊断方法。Rotor bar breaking is one of the frequent faults of windlass system, for marine AC three-speed anchor motor always works in the poor condition. The actual operating conditions of motors must be taken account in detecting rotor bar breaking fault on-line. The bandpass filter can remove the interference signal effectively caused by harmonic of the network and inducted by the on-line detection system. The envelope of Hilbert has a certain robustness in signal processing even taking into account the quality of power supply and the load fluctuation of the induction motors. Based on theoretical analysis, simulation and diagnosis example, the paper presents a new online detection scheme that combines the bandpass filter and Hilbert envelope analysis.
