摘　　要：依据现代西方价值哲学中自然主义的观点,从经验知识———企业理论出发,在安全性、持续性、创值性等三个方面选取19个指标构建了一个现金流状况的评价指标体系,然后运用因子分析方法,利用深沪两市2007-2009三年样本的各指标数据,求出各指标的权重,构建了2010年的现金流状况评价模型。研究表明此模型有利于指导企业评价分析自身现金流状况,更好地管理现金流。This paper adopts the opinions of the naturalism in the modern western value philosophy and designs an evaluation index system of cash flow condition on the basis of the empirical knowledge and enterprise theory.The 19 indexes involved in this system are grouped into three categories,i.e.safety,continuity and profitability.Applying the factor analysis,this paper gets the weight of each index of the data on the stock markets in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2007 to 2009,thus constructing the evaluation model of the cash flow condition in 2010.The findings show that this model is conducive to the evaluation and analysis of cash flow conditions and the management of cash flow.
