摘　　要：在初步获得"托鲁巴姆"组培苗的基础上,进一步探讨了不同激素浓度配比对"托鲁巴姆"增殖和生根的影响,以期找到能使增殖和生根一步完成的培养基配方。结果表明:MS+KT1.5mg/L+IBA 0.01mg/L培养基,对于"托鲁巴姆"的增殖和生根都比较有利,并且不易形成愈伤组织,10d左右可以获得生根的健壮组培苗,如用于增殖,30d左右每1个茎段可增殖4～9倍。Influence of different hormone density and proportion on propagation and making root of ＇Solanum torvum＇was more discussed based on primary obtained tissue culture seedling,so that the medium formula making propagation and rooting be completed by one step could be found.The results showed that MS＋KT 1.5 mg/L＋IBA 0.01 mg/L was the best medium formula,which was available for both propagation and making root,and it was difficult to form callus.We could obtain haleness tissue culture seedling about after ten days if making it as rooting medium.Every stem sect could multiplied 4~9 times if making it as propagation medium.
