木霉制剂对西瓜枯萎病的田间防治效果

摘　　要：利用3种不同的生防木霉菌株,经发酵并按照一定的助剂配比制成木霉制剂,并对西瓜枯萎病进行了田间防治试验。结果表明:3种木霉制剂T1、T2、T3对西瓜枯萎病具有明显的防治效果,田间防效达71.4%～85.4%,增产效果达16.07%～24.70%。其中木霉制剂T1、T3防效及增产效果好,且对西瓜植株具有一定的促生长作用。Using three different biocontrol Trichoderma strains,fermented strains and manufacture Trichoderma preparation against on Fusarium wilt of watermelon were prevented in the field.The results showed that the control effect of Trichoderma preparation T1,T2 and T3 for watermelon Fusarium wilt was significant and could get up to between 71.4% and 85.4%,increase production effect was 16.07%~24.70%,Conclusively,the control effect and the stimulation effect of Trichoderma preparation T1 and T3 were best and could promote growth of watermelon.
