浅谈新建住宅小区的社区文化建设

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市人口不断膨胀,一大批新建住宅小区如雨后春笋般涌现出来,人际关系淡薄这一"现代都市症"在新建住宅小区中尤为严重,阻碍了人与人之间的沟通,导致集体观念淡漠,缺乏人文关怀,而社区文化建设是解决城市病的良方。本文主要从物业管理的角度分析了新建住宅小区社区文化建设的必要性和意义,提出了建设途径以及活动的组织方法和创意,希望能为建设社会主义和谐社会起到一定的促进作用,In recent years,many newly-established residential communities have mushroomed with the rapid urbanization and urban population expansion in China.The modern urban syndrome—the diminishing interpersonal relationship is particularly serious in newly-established residential communities.It hinders communications between people and leads to many residential communities lacking collective concept and of humane care.Community culture construction is the solution to the modern urban syndrome.The essay analyses the significance and necessity of residential communities culture construction from property management aspect.In the paper,the author puts forward construction means and events,organizing methods and ideas which are meant to contribute to the construction of harmonious socialist society.
