定时器在PLC改造继电器控制系统中的典型应用

摘　　要：通过三相交流电动机的星-三角控制改造、Z3050摇臂钻床PLC改造、轧钢剪切等典型应用实例,提出在PLC改造过程中容易出现的与时间有关的"触点竞争""长时间定时""断电延时""定时在线调整"等几个问题,给出了灵活使用PLC定时器改造继电器控制系统中通电延时继电器、断电延时继电器、长时间定时继电器和需及时调整整定时间的时间继电器的基本方法,在实际改造应用过程中具有一定的指导意义。Through the star-triangle control transformation of Three phase AC motor,Z3050 Radial Drilling Machine PLC transformation, rolling shear typical application, this paper points out some problems timetrelated in the transformation process, such as ＂contacts competition＇, ＂long time＂, ＂off delay＂, ＂time-line adjustment＂, puts forward the method the flexible use of power-on delay relays, power-off delay relay, long time timing relays and time-adjusting relays whoseactual application in the transformation process has a certain significance.
