摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗器械采购管理面临的问题及对策。方法:依据医疗器械采购相关的法律、法规,根据作者多年从事医疗器械采购管理的经验并辅以现代化信息手段。结果:从医疗器械采购过程中的责任、质量、价格、效果等问题对此进行了系统的分析与探讨,明确医疗器械采购管理面临的问题并找到相应对策。结论:只要提升素质、牢记责任,依法采购、从严准入,集中招标、价格摸底,分类管理,就能实现采购过程的公平、公正、公开、透明,达到维护医院利益,满足临床需求的目的。Objective：To disuss the problems of medical device purchase management and explore their countermeasures.Methods：The problems were discussed according to relevant laws and regulations and based on our experience and informatic methods.Results：Responsibility,quality,price,effect and so on were the main problems for the procurement management in the process of medical equipment purchases.Conclusion：In this article,we have undertaken comprehensive analyses and made the appropriate solutions.
