摘　　要：目的:均整系统是医用直线加速器的重要组成部分,探讨如何更快、更及时的排除故障,保障加速器正常运行。方法:介绍均整系统的机械结构和工作原理,对其全面认识和了解,并针对其故障进行举例和分析。结果:依据原理对均整系统故障进行分析与排除,能够做到事半功倍。结论:总结均整系统易犯故障的分析排查方法,供大家参考。Objective：Flat filter system is one of the most important components in medical linear accelerator How to faster,more timely expel the breakdown and ensure the normal operation is a problem worthy of discussion.Methods：Through the introduction of the mechanical structure and working principle of the beam flattening filter components,we have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding.Meanwhile,aiming at breakdown,we conduct analysis and examples.Results：We analyzed and expelled the breakdowns according to the principle of flat filter system.Conclusion：We summarize failure analysis method for reference.
