摘  要:以北京市某办公楼节能改造项目为工程实例,对能耗现状进行诊断,并针对围护结构提出3种改造方案。借助DeST软件对各方案进行能耗模拟,根据模拟结果对改造方案的节能潜力、节能效益、投资成本及回收期进行了对比分析,提出改造建议,为既有办公建筑的节能改造提供参考。Take an energy-saving reconstruction project of an office building in Beijing for example,by investigating the energy consumption status,three kinds of reconstruction ways were proposed for the envelop structure.The energy consumption was simulated by the software DeST-c.According to the simulated result,the energy-saving potentials,energy efficiency benefits,investment cost and payback periods of different ways were compared,and some ways of energy-saving reconstruction were expounded for the current office buildings.
