摘　　要：以北京市农村住宅节能改造前后围护结构热工性能测试数据为基础,采用理论分析和数值模拟方法,研究了不同改造方案的节能效果;结合农村住宅的节能改造措施、改造方式、改造内容和节能效果等,讨论了不同改造方案的经济性,寻求最佳的节能改造方案,为今后节能改造在全市农村范围内推广实施提供了基础依据。Based on the measured thermal performance data of rural house envelope around its energy-saving reconstruction,energy-saving effect of different reconstruction schemes were analysed with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Combining measures,reconstruction mode and reconstruction contents of energy-saving reconstruction of rural house with its energy-saving effect,economical efficiency of different energy-saving reconstruction schemes were discussed to find the best energy-saving programe,which provides a fundamental reference for the future promotion of energy-saving reconstruction in the whole rural areas of Beijing.
