砭石疗法对中风后遗症患者神经功能缺损改善的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察砭石疗法对中风后遗症患者神经功能缺损改善的影响。方法:将60例中风后遗症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组接受砭石疗法;对照组接受针刺治疗。治疗1个疗程后对患者临床神经功能缺损评分改善情况进行评价。结果:60例患者治疗前后指令、意识刺激、水平凝视评分均为0分,不参与统计。每组患者经治疗后其他神经功能损伤因子评分均有显著下降(P<0.01)。治疗前2组患者神经功能损伤各因子分均没有显著差别(P>0.05)。治疗后除治疗组步行能力因子分显著高于对照组外(P<0.05),其余因子组间无差异(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗后临床神经功能缺损评分均降低,组内比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);经协方差分析检验(以治疗前为协变量),2组治疗后的临床神经功能缺损评分改变情况比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:砭石疗法能明显改善中风后遗症患者神经功能缺损的症状。Objective：To observe the impact of stone needle therapy on improving neurological deficit in patients with sequelae of stroke in clinical.Method：60 cases of patients with sequelae of stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received stone needle therapy;the control group received acupuncture treatment.Evaluated according the situation of improving the neurological deficit after one course of clinical treatment.Result：The scores of direction,awareness stimulation,level gazing in 60 patients were zero before and after treatment,and they did not participate in statistics.The scores of other neurological damage factors in patients of each group were significantly decreased after treatment（P0.01）.The scores of all neurological damage factors were no significant differences before treatment（P0.05）.After treatment,the scores of walking ability factor in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）,the other factors were no difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The scores of clinical neurological deficit in patients of two groups were lower after treatment（P0.01） by paired test,the differences were significant comparing in two groups;the situation of score improvement of clinical neurological deficit in two groups showed no difference tested by analysis of covariance（select before treatment as covariates） after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion：Stone needle therapy can significantly improve the neurological deficits in patients with sequelae of stroke symptoms,and it is worthy of clinical practice.
