痔瘘熏洗凝胶剂药效学初步研究

摘　　要：目的:观察痔瘘熏洗凝胶剂的抗炎、镇痛效果。方法:选取雌性大鼠分组后通过建立角叉菜胶肛周肿胀模型,观察痔瘘熏洗凝胶剂对实验性痔疮的抗炎作用;选取雌性小鼠分组后通过热板法观察痔瘘熏洗凝胶剂的镇痛作用。结果:痔瘘熏洗剂及其改进剂型——痔瘘熏洗凝胶剂对角叉菜胶所致大鼠肛周肿胀均有显著的抑制作用,对热传导引起的疼痛有确切的镇痛作用,且药效明显优于皮肤康洗剂组,以痔瘘熏洗凝胶剂组药效最佳。结论:痔瘘熏洗剂及其剂型改进剂型——痔瘘熏洗凝胶剂具有良好的抗炎、镇痛功效,且以痔瘘熏洗凝胶剂的药效更佳。Objective：To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgestic effect of ZhiLou XunXi Gel.Method： Perineal swelling induced by carrageenan in rats were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory on experimental hemorrhoids of ZhiLou XunXi Gel.The analgesic effects of ZhiLou XunXi Gel were tested by observing the rats reaction to the pain stimulated by heat.Result：ZhiLou XunXi Gle and its improved formulations greatly suppressed perineal swelling induced by carrageenan in rats.ZhiLouXunXi Gle could significantly relieve the pain stimulated by heat.ZhiLou XunXi Gel＇s efficacy was superior to PiFuKang′s,and the effect of ZhiLou XunXi was the best.Conclusion： ZhiLou XunXi Gel and its improved formulations had strong anti-inflammatory,analgesic effects and ZhiLou XunXi Gel had the best efficacy in all.
