从“热入精室”论治慢性前列腺炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察采用中医"热入精室"理论辨证治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法:选择60例符合纳入标准的慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组给予自拟柴胡抵挡汤治疗,对照组选择前列欣治疗,治疗1个月后,对2组治疗前、后直肠前列腺触诊症状、慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)分级量化评分以及前列腺液常规检查结果进行比较。结果:2组在以上各项指标的比较方面有明显差异(P<0.05),观察组均优于对照组。结论:采用中医"热入精室"理论辨证治疗慢性前列腺炎可取得良好的疗效。Objective：This article studied on the differential treatment of chronic prostatitis with the perspective of ＂ReRu JingShi＂ and effects were observed.Method：60 patients with chronic prostatitis met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with ChaiHu DiDangTang and the control group were treated with QianLieXin,compared the transrectal palpation symptoms,the quantitative grading score of chronic prostatitis symptom index（NIH-CPSI） and normal white blood cells in prostatic fluid between the two groups before and after treatment after treated for 1 month.Result： The comparison between the two groups in above indicators have significant differences（P0.05）,the observation group were superior than the control group.Conclusion：Treating chronic prostatitis with the perspective of ＂ReRu JingShi＂can achieve good effect.
