针刀配合手法治疗寰枕筋膜挛缩型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小针刀松解术配合手法治疗寰枕筋膜挛缩型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:34例患者予以小针刀松解术配合手法治疗,治疗2个疗程后观察、分析临床疗效。结果:痊愈21例,显效8例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率为94.11%。结论:针刀能松解紧张挛缩的寰枕筋膜,增大寰枕间隙,从而减轻或解除椎动脉及神经的压迫,加之手法可疏通经络、整复关节,两者结合能有效的改善寰枕筋膜挛缩型颈椎病患者临床症状。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating atlanto-occipital fascia contracture cervical spondylosis with relaxing operation with small needle knife and gimmick.Method：34 patients were treated with relaxing operation with small needle knife and gimmick,observed after 2 courses of treatment and analyzed the clinical efficacy.Result：After two courses of treatment,21 cases were cured,8cases were significantly effective,3 cases were effectual,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.11%.Conclusion：The needle-knife can loosen tight fascia contracture of the atlanto-occipital,increase atlanto-occipital gap,so as to reduce or lift the compression of vertebral artery and nerve;gimmick can clear the meridians,entire the joints,the combination can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with atlanto-occipital fascia contracture cervical spondylosis effectively.
