摘　　要：对脑卒中高危人群进行有效的社区一级预防,可以阻止或推迟卒中发生,因此重视并加强开展一级预防的意义远远大于二级预防。Stroke is serious harm to people＇s health,and is the primary killer of our residents.Effective community primary prevention can prevent or delay stroke at least 80%,attaches importance to and strengthen primary prevention is far greater than the significance of secondary prevention.
