摘　　要：系统回顾并总结近5年来有关推拿治疗产后缺乳的临床操作方法和疗效,并对其作用机理进行了初步探讨,认为推拿治疗产后缺乳经济方便、疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用,为进一步进行科学的临床总结和机理探讨提供思路和途径。To systematic review and summarize clinical methods of operation and efficacy of massage therapy on postpartum lack of lactation for the past 5 years,and explore its mechanism of action,and concluded that massage therapy to postpartum lack of lactation is economical,convenient,more effective,worthy to clinical application,and provide ideas and approaches with a view to further scientific mechanism of the clinical summary.
