摘　　要：目的探讨中心静脉导管(PICC)院外维护对导管感染的影响。方法调查186例留置PICC患者有无带管出院史、带管出院者采取何种护理方式、有无导管感染、导管感染程度。结果导管感染率:全程住院0%;定期返院护理4.2%;个体诊所护理20%;自行护理43.9%。结论 PICC导管院内维护感染率低,院外维护感染率高,正确、规范的护理对CRI的控制非常有效。Objective To investigate the maintenance of PICC catheter outside the hospital on the catheter infection.Methods 186 cases investigated whether patients with indwelling PICC catheter tube discharge history, what with those discharged from care management approach, with or without catheter infection, catheter infection level.Results The catheter infection rate： 0% throughout hospitalization; regularly back 4.2% of hospital care; private clinic care 20%; self-care 43.9%.Conclusion PICC catheter nosocomial infection rate is low maintenance, high rate of infection outside the hospital to maintain, correct and standardize the care of the CRI′s control is very effective.
