自拟消淋汤治疗2型糖尿病女性无症状菌尿46例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察自拟消淋汤治疗女性2型糖尿病无症状菌尿的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的80例患者随机分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(34例),治疗组中药口服并外洗,对照组口服抗生素,记录治疗前后患者的临床表现、尿常规、中段尿培养等指标,对比分析,并进行随访。结果治疗组总有效率为89.13%,对照组为70.59%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),用药后治疗组尿耐药菌、真菌的检出率低于对照组,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药可有效治疗女性2型糖尿病无症状菌尿,并可减少复发。Objective To observe the clinical effects on asymptomatic bacteriuria treated by the self-prescribed Xiao Lin soup.Methods 80 cases consistent with the diagnostic were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group.The treatment group took Xiao Lin soup and external washing,The control group took the antibiotics.The data of clinical manifestation,urine-Rt,midstream urine samples results recording at the before and after the treatment,were comparison analyzed and Follow-Up Studies.Results Treatment group total effectiveness is 89.13%,The comparison group total effectiveness is 70.59%,there were significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The drug-resistance bacteria and fungus in treatment group is less than control group.The recurrence rate of treatment is significant lower than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine therapy is quite effective for asymptomatic bacteriuria,and decrease the recurrence rate.
