中西医结合配合食疗治疗月经量过多所致贫血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究中西医结合配合食疗治疗月经量过多所致贫血的效果,以求探索出一种相当于输血效果的改善术前贫血的治疗方法,来替代术前输血。方法选用2007-08—2009-09在我院妇科门诊就诊的月经量过多所致贫血患者200例,随机分为A、B两组。A组采用传统西药(富马酸亚铁0.1g,3次/d,维生素C0.1g,3次/d,叶酸5mg,3次/d)治疗;B组采用中西医结合(西药同上,中药为人参归脾丸9g,1次/d)治疗,同时配合桂圆蛋方(干桂圆肉6g、鸡蛋2个,1次/d)食疗;疗程均为2周。观察比较治疗前后Hb、RBC、HCT的变化,进而了解贫血的改善程度。化验所用设备为深圳迈瑞DC-5380血液细胞分析仪,试剂与仪器配套。结果 B组较A组患者各项指标增加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。B组治疗效果明显优于A组,B组患者HB平均每周增长1～2g/dl,相当于输一个400ml血的治疗效果。结论中西医结合配合食疗治疗月经量过多所致贫血,疗效显著,完全可替代妇科术前利用输血来改善贫血。Objective Of Integrated Traditional and Western diet with excessive menstrual flow due to anemia treatment effect,In order to explore an effect equivalent to the improvement of blood transfusion treatment of preoperative anemia,preoperative blood transfusion to replace.Methods Used in our hospital gynecology clinic due to excessive menstrual anemia 200 patients in August 2007 to September 2009 were randomly divided into A,B groups.Group A of traditional Western medicine（ferrous fumarate 0.1 tid,vitamin C 0.1 tid,folic acid 5mg tid） treatment;Group B by Integrative Medicine（Western ibid.,Chinese ginseng Guipi 9g bid） treatment,in conjunction with the egg side longan（dried longan meat 6g,2 eggs,qd） diet;The course of both groups is two weeks.Observed and compared before and after treatment HB,RBC,HCT changes in order to understand the degree of improvement of anemia.Laboratory equipment used for the Shenzhen Mindray DC-5380 blood cell analyzer,reagents and equipment supporting.Results A group B group compared with the results of the indicators increased significantly in patients,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Treatment group B is better than A,B average weekly increase of HB patients 1-2g/dl,lost the equivalent of a 400ml of blood treatment.Conclusion Treatment of Integrated Traditional and Western diet with excessive menstrual flow due to anemia,a significant effect,completely replace the use of blood transfusions before gynecologic surgery to improve the anemia.
