夏枯草口服液治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨夏枯草口服液治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组19例,采用夏枯草口服液配合小剂量强的松及甲状腺素片治疗。对照组16例,采用常规剂量的强的松及甲状腺素片治疗。结果治疗组退热时间、甲状腺疼痛、压痛消退时间、甲状腺肿胀消退时间及复发率降低程度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论夏枯草口服液配合小剂量强的松及甲状腺素片治疗亚急性甲状腺炎临床疗效显著,具有更快缓解、消除症状,提高治愈率,降低复发率,减少激素不良反应等优点,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect about treating subacute thyroiditis with selfheal oral liquid.Methods The 19 patients were the treatment group,which were treated with selfheal oral liquid and with small dose Prednisone and pill of thyroxine.The 16 patients were the control group,which were treated with the conventional dose Prednisone and pill of thyroxine.Results The treatment group was obviously better than the control group in treating subacute thyroiditis.The symptom of the treatment group including fever,thyroid pain and Pressing Pain and thyroid swelling were shorter than those of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion It was significant clinical effect to treat the subacute thyroiditis with selfheal oral liquid and with small dose Prednisone and pill of thyroxine.It is fairly suit to be wide used in clinical.
