叶下珠复方对H_(22)肝癌小鼠的体内抑瘤作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究叶下珠复方对H22肝癌小鼠的体内抑瘤作用。方法建立H22细胞移植性肿瘤模型小鼠,随机分为模型对照组、阳性对照组、叶下珠复方低剂量组[0.2g/(kg·d)]、叶下珠复方中剂量组[1.0g/(kg·d)]、叶下珠复方高剂量组[5.0g/(kg·d)]共5组,连续给药8天后处死,测量小鼠的瘤重、胸腺指数、脾指数,并计算肿瘤生长抑制率。结果叶下珠复方低、中、高剂量组的抑瘤率分别为50.3%、49.9%、50.3%,与模型对照组相比,有显著性差异,但低、中、高剂量组间的肿瘤抑制率没有统计学差异。结论叶下珠复方对H22小鼠肝癌细胞有抑制作用,但肿瘤生长抑制率与给药剂量间不存在量效关系。Objective To study on the inhibitory effect of Phyllanthus Urinaria Prescription on tumor growth on murine transplanted hepatocarcinoma H22 in vivo.Methods Hepatocarcinoma H22 bearing mice models were established and then were divided randomly into five groups,including control group, positive group ,Phyllanthus Urinaria Prescription（low,middle and high dose）group. Mice were killed after medical treatment for 8 days and thymus index,spleen index and tumour-weigh-inhibiting rates were measured.Results At different Phyllanthus Urinaria Prescription doses of 0.2 g/（kg·d）, 1.0 g/（kg·d）, 5.0 g/（kg·d）, the inhibitory rate were 50.3%、49.9%、50.3%,respectively. The inhibitory rate showed significant differences between Phyllanthus Urinaria Prescription groups and the normal control groups.Conclusion Phyllanthus Urinaria Prescription can inhibit hepatocarcinoma growth,but it has no dose-dependent effect on the hepatocarcinoma inhibition.
