香青藤化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的对香青藤乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分进行研究。方法利用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果从香青藤乙酸乙酯部位共分离得到4个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、肉桂酸苯乙酯、胡萝卜苷。结论 4个化合物均为首次从香青藤中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of llligera aromatica S. Z. Huanget S. L. Mo. Methods Gelcolumn chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents which were identified by NMR, MS, IR and UV spectra. Results Four chemical constituents is obtained from llligera aromatica S. Z. Huanget S. L. Mo： β-sitosterol,Stigmasterol, β-phenylethyl cinnamate, daucosterol. Conclusion The four chemical constituents is separated from llligera aromatica S. Z. Huanget S. L. Mo for the first time.
