摘　　要：介绍了卷取炉夹送辊动作机构改造原因及方案，结合安铜炉卷轧机的现场生产情况，对夹送辊动作机构产生故障原因进行了分析，并根据维修、生产要求等对其进行改造，减少了设备故障和工作量，降低了职工劳动强度，同时降低了运行成本，间接增加了经济效益。Introduced the coiling furnace clip send roller action institutions, combined with revamping reasons and solutions of angang steckel mill, field production to clip send roller action mechanism has analyzed the breakdown, and according to the maintenance, production requirements, etc to retrofit, reduce the equipment failure and workload, reduced the worker labor intensity, and reduce the operation cost, indirect increased economic benefits.
