我国高校科层制管理下的“效率”解析——基于政府行政体制改革的思考

摘　　要：以提高行政效率为目的的政府行政体制改革再一次触发了高校管理体制改革之弦。对科层制组织结构自身的效率分析和高校科层制管理下"可量化效率"的解析发现,科层制结构自身的X非效率和高校"可量化效率"的追求弱化了教育的特性,异化了教育的本质。The reform of the government administrative systems to improve the efficiency of administration triggers the innovation in college management. After analyzing the efficiency of the bureaucratic systems and the quantitative efficiency of the higher institution, we find that it has not only weakened educational characteristics, but also dis- torted the education essence due to the X - inefficiency of the bureaucracy and the pursuit of quantitative efficiency.
