舒适性护理在青光眼患者围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适性护理在青光眼患者围术期中的应用。方法将62例青光眼患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各31例。2组均给予小梁切除术联合应用丝裂霉素C治疗。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适性护理。观察2组术后1、6个月眼压的变化,并记录术后并发症的发生情况。结果 2组术后1、6个月眼压均低于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组改善效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为12.9%低于对照组的48.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青光眼患者在给予手术降压的同时采用舒适性护理,护理效果显著,可有效减少并发症的发生。Objective To discuss the application of comfort care in perioperative patients with glaucoma.Methods 62 cases patients with glaucoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 31 cases.Two groups were both given trabeculectomy with mitomycin C.Control group were given usual care,while observation group received comfort care.Observed the changes in intraocular pressure before surgery and after surgery 1,6 month of 2 groups,and recorded postoperative complications.Results After surgery,the 1,6th month intraocular pressure of 2 groups were lower than those of befor surgery,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and improve effect of observation group were better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Postoperative complication rate in observation group（12.9%） was lower than that in control group（48.4%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with glaucoma treated with comfort care and surgery for reducing intraocular pressure has significant results,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
