附属医院文化与医学生医德价值观相关性探讨

摘　　要：医学生医德价值观的形成需要学校和附属医院通过教育合力共同完成,医学教育的特殊性决定了附属医院文化对医学生医德形成具有重要意义。附属医院要将校园文化与医院文化有机融合,从塑造高尚的医德形象和提高带教教师的职业道德修养入手,把培养医德价值观作为医院文化建设的核心,促进医学生形成正确的医德价值观。The medical college Students' moral values(MCSMV) can be nurtured by both medical college and affiliated hospital.Medical education depends on the fact that the culture of affiliated hospital may have a significant influence on the formation of medical college Students' ethics.It is necessary that the affiliated hospital should combine the cultures of medical college and hospital to develop the formation of MCSMV by modeling high medical morals and improving guiding teachers' professional ethics.The nurturing of medical moral values should be the focus of construction of hospital culture.
