葛根素对豚鼠离体心房的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根素对豚鼠离体心房自律性、收缩幅度、收缩速度、舒张速度和左心房功能性不应期的影响。方法:采用豚鼠离体右心房测定葛根素对其自律性、收缩幅度、收缩速度以及采用豚鼠离体测定葛根素对左心房功能性不应期的影响。结果:葛根素能明显的降低豚鼠离体右心房的自律性、收缩幅度、收缩速度,同时能缩短左心房功能不应期。结论:葛根素可抑制豚鼠离体右心房的自律性,明显降低豚鼠离体右心房的收缩幅度和收缩速度,同时能缩短左心房功能不应期。Objective： The effect on autorhythmicity and contraction of isolated atrium of guinea pig with Puerarin were investigated,and its mechanism was explored.Methods：After treated with Puerarin,the isolated right atriums were investigated,including autorhythmicity,contraction scale,contraction velocity and relaxation speed.Results：The autorhythmicity of the isolated right atriums were inhibited after treated with Puerarin.Moreover;their contraction scale,contraction velocity and relaxation speed were significantly reduced.Conclusion：Puerarin can inhibit autorhythmicity of the isolated right atrium,significantly reduce their contraction scale.
