摘　　要：我国私募股权投资发展迅猛,但近年来,各种PE腐败案件也层出不穷,其中有体制的痼疾,也有监管和法律规范的缺失。繁华的背后,私募股权投资的未来发展同样面临着诸多挑战,亦存在诸多制度之困,相应的变革必不可少。The private equity investments system in China is developing rapidly.However,the corruption in private equity emerges endlessly because of the chronic illness in system and the lack of regulation and legal rules.Behind the scene of the prosperous development,private equity will inevitably face with a serious of challenges and difficulties in the future,which require necessary legal reform accordingly.
