摘　　要：文章结合理论详细分析了制约包钢炼钢厂转炉产能提高的各种工艺因素,并根据实际情况制订出相应的改进措施。实践证明,改进后转炉产能有了明显提高,年产量增加了15万t,直接经济效益为3 000万元。In the paper,it is analyzed the various technological factors restricting improving the production capacity of convertors in Steel-melting Plant of Baotou Steel combined with the theory in detail and worked out the corresponding improvement measures according to the actual situations.The practices prove that the production capacity of convertors is increased obviously.The annual yield is increased by 150,000 t and the direct economic benefit is RMB 30 million Yuan.
