摘　　要：文章论述了使用标准齿轮滚刀提高加工蜗轮效率的原理、啮合参数的确定以及蜗轮、蜗杆新工艺的操作方法。对具有一般加工能力的厂矿提高生产效率具有很好的实践指导作用。In this article,it is mainly discussed the principles of improving the efficiencies of worm gear machining with standard generating hobs,the determination of meshing parameters as well as operating methods of new technologies for worm gears and worms,which play an important role in practicing and guiding the factories and mines with normal working abilities to improve the production efficiencies of worm gears.
