摘　　要：文章通过对轨梁厂步进式加热炉的热平衡测定,得出了加热炉热平衡和主要经济技术指标,针对测定结果指出了加热炉运行存在的问题,并提出了节能措施和改进意见,对降低加热炉的燃耗提供了切实可行的措施。In the paper,the main economic and technical norms of thermal equilibrium for walking beam reheating furnaces in Rail and Beam Plant are got with the determination of thermal equilibrium for the furnaces.The existing problems for operations of heating furnaces are pointed out as well as the energy saving and improvement measures are proposed aiming at the results of determination,which provide the practical measures for reducing the burnup of heating furnaces.
