摘　　要：内衬玻璃钢修复管道的目的就在于获得钢塑复合管，即钢管和玻璃钢管二者粘接起来成为一个整体，只有这样才能终止钢管腐蚀；只有这样才能恢复钢管强度。钢塑复合是本研究课题核心技术的重要组成部分，然而钢塑复合创新成果是在粘接理论指导下完成的。因此，本文记述了按照粘接理论指出的原则从事科研实践的过程。The pipeline rehabilitation by fiber reinforced plastics （FRP） lining is aimed at a steelplastic composite pipe, that is, the steel pipe and the plastic pipe will be bonded into one. It is the good way to stop the corrosion of steel pipe while restore the mechanical strength of the steel pipe. The steel plastic composite is the essential part of the core technology in this study. The innovative steel - plastic composite is achieved under the guidance of the adhesion theory. Therefore, this paper describes the scientific research practice under the adhesion theory.
