摘 要:针对压力容器制造、使用过程中各种参数的不确定性,提出了一种基于响应平面的随机分析方法。根据某压力容器的结构特点,确定性有限元分析采用了接触有限元,结合中心组合抽样设计构建了容器最大应力的响应平面,以此为基础对压力容器应力分布进行了随机分析。可靠性分析中引入应力-强度干涉模型,并分别对容器壁面和接管处进行了可靠性评定。实际的评估过程表明,该方法在充分考虑参数不确定性的前提下,保证了工程评估精度,并具有计算量小的优点。Aiming at the uncertainty of a variety of parameters during the pressure vessel manufacture and application,random analysis method based on the response surface is proposed.According to the structural features of pressure vessel,certainty of the finite element analysis using contact finite element is combined with central composite design to build a sample of response surface of container with the largest stress,which is used as the basis for random analysis of stress distribution of pressure vessel.The stress-strength interference model is introduced into reliability analysis,with which the assessment of reliability is taken on the stress distribution of vessel wall and joint.The actual assessment process indicates,in the condition of considering parameter uncertainty,that the random analysis method can ensure the accuracy of project assessment and the advantage of a small amount of calculation.
