黏结剂和纤维对石蜡微胶囊保温砂浆抗裂性影响

摘  要:采用黏结剂增强石蜡微胶囊保温砂浆内部微粒间的结合力,分析了黏结剂类型和掺量对石蜡微胶囊保温砂浆抗折强度、黏结强度和韧性的影响;采用纤维增韧技术提高保温砂浆的抗裂能力,分析了纤维类型和掺量对石蜡微胶囊保温砂浆力学性能和抗裂性能的影响;确定了配制石蜡微胶囊保温砂浆使用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚乳胶粉黏结剂和聚丙烯纤维,其最佳掺量(均为以水泥质量为参照的质量分数)分别为6%和0.3%,并对黏结剂和纤维改善砂浆内部结构、增强抗裂能力的机理进行了分析。Binding agents are used to enhance the adhesion among internal particles in the microencapsulated paraffin insulation mortar,and fibers are introduced to solve the cracking of microencapsulated paraffin insulation mortar by using fiber toughening technology.Research has been carried out on the effect of the type and dosage of binding agents on the flexural strength,bond strength and toughness of insulation mortar,and the effect of the type and dosage of fibers on the performance of insulation mortar has also been studied,the result of which shows that ethane-vinyl acetate copolymer latex powder and polypropylene fiber are of good performance and their optimum dosages are 6% and 0.3%(the dosage is referred to as the mass fraction to the mass of cement),respectively,and the mechanism of anti-cracking of binding agents and fibers has been discussed.
