摘　　要：城市化进程中,家庭的理性经济行为在失地农民迁移决策中起着重要的作用。该文将托达罗模型应用于失地农民迁移决策的研究,试图分析在农民到失地农民、失地农民到市民逐步转化的过程中,迁移决策和市民化过程之间的特点和机理。该文认为失地农民对补偿的预期和对城市工作的预期,对失地农民迁移意愿发挥了重要作用;而失地农民的可行能力影响了失地农民的市民化过程,城市正规部门和非正规部门分化造成了市民化程度的分化。The rational economic behavior of families plays an important role in the decision - making process for the migration of landless farmers due to land requisition when it comes to urbanization. This paper uses Todaro model to study on the migration decision -making process for landless farmers and analyze the characteristics and mechanism between migration decision -making and citizenization. The result shows that the expectation for compensation and urbanization arrangement plays a vital role in the willingness of landless farmers to migrate ; the capability of landless farmers impacts the citizenization process for landless farmers; the differentiation between urban formal departments and informal departments results in the differentiation of citizenization level.
