摘 要:目前,随着我国经济的不断发展,火灾事故逐年不断攀升。由于尚未建立完善的火灾技术调查机制,火灾技术调查方法也不健全[1],火灾调查的难度日益增大,由火灾原因认定不清而引发的民事争议、矛盾纠纷日益增多[2],火灾原因鉴定中消防执法规范化建设势在必行。本文基于分析我国火灾原因鉴定现状,对加强火灾技术调查执法规范化进行初步探讨。At present, along with the ceaseless economy developing of our nation, the fire accident is ceaselessly increasing year after year. It is becoming more and more difficult in the investigation of fire accident, on account of there is no intact fire accident technique investigation mechanism and no right fire accident technique investigation measure. Therefore, it is increasing day afterday in civil action and illogicality and dissension. It is becoming more and more important of the developing in canonical fire executing the law in the fire causation. It is being researched in the intensifying of the canonical fire executing the law in fire accident technique investigation in this paper, based on the actuality of the fire investigation of our nation.
