摘　　要：随着我国经济转型的加快,高校图书馆应由传统型向数字网络化的复合图书馆转型。其中管理创新转型是图书馆转型的核心,人力资源是图书馆转型的原则,学科馆员制度是图书馆转型的制度保障,建设学习型图书馆是图书馆转型的支点,文献资源整合是图书馆转型的物质基础,服务理念上的转型是图书馆转型的关键。With the acceleration of economic transformation in China,university libraries should transform from traditional libraries to digital ones.In this transformation,the core is management innovation,the guide is human resource,the safeguard is subject librarian system,the crucial issue is the construction of study-oriented library,the material foundation is the integration of literature resources and the key is the change of service ideas.
