平衡针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察平衡针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将184例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取平衡针治疗,对照组采用常规毫针疗法,比较两组治疗前后医生疼痛评分、简式疼痛询问量表(MPQ)及Oswestry功能障碍指数。结果两组患者治疗后医生疼痛评分、MPQ、Oswestry功能障碍指数与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论平衡针疗法和传统毫针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有很好的镇痛效果和功能障碍改善作用,且平衡针具有不留针、见效快等优点。Objective To Investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of balancing acupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods One hundred and eighty-four patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group received balancing acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture with filiform needles. Pre- and post-treatment the Doctor Pain Assessment, the Simplifed McGill Pain Questionnaire （MPQ） and the Oswestry Disability Index scores were compared in the two groups. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the Doctor Pain Assessment, the MPQ and the Oswestry Disability Index scores in the two groups of patients （P〈 0.01）. Conclusions both balancing acupuncture and conventional acupuncture with filiform needles have a very good analgesic effect and improving action on dysfunction in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Balancing acupuncture also has the advantages of no retention of needle, and quick effect.
