电针配合康复训练治疗上肢周围神经损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针配合康复训练治疗上肢周围神经损伤的临床疗效。方法将72例上肢周围神经损伤患者随机分为治疗组39例和对照组33例,治疗组采用电针配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用单纯康复训练治疗,两组均在治疗4个疗程后进行运动功能评定和感觉功能评定。结果治疗组患者感觉和肌力恢复情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组为81.8%,两组比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论电针配合康复训练治疗上肢周围神经损伤可以提高疗效,且安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training in treating upper limb peripheral nerve injury. Methods teventy-two patients with upper limb peripheral nerve injury were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 39 cases and a control group of 33 cases. The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training and the control group, rehabilitation training alone. Motor and sensory functions were assessed in both groups after 4 courses of treatment. Results Sensation and myodynamia improved more in the treatment group than in the control group （both P〈 0.05）. The total efficacy rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 81.8% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training can improve the therapeutic effect on upper limb peripheral nerve injury. It is safe and reliable.
