摘 要:目的观察温针对大鼠腰神经根受压模型中PLA2的调节作用。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、莫比可组、针刺组和温针组,每组12例。除了正常组外,其他各组通过放置硅胶片建立大鼠腰神经根受压模型。正常组不造模不治疗,模型组造模后不治疗,莫比克组、针刺组、温针组的大鼠分别在造模后予以莫比克灌胃、针刺、温针治疗14 d,14 d后所有大鼠麻醉处死取材,运用生化酶标板微孔检测法对每组大鼠受压神经根组织中PLA2进行测定。结果莫比可、针刺、温针都可以降低大鼠受压腰神经根组织中磷酯酶A2(PLA2)的含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),温针较莫比可和针刺能更明显地降低PLA2含量(P>0.01,P>0.05)。结论温针可以有效地降低大鼠腰神经根受压模型中的PLA2。Objective To Investigate the regulating effect of warm needling on PLA2 in a rat model of lumbar nerve root compression. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly allocated to normal, model, Mobic, acupuncture and warm needling groups, 12 rats each. A rat model of lumbar nerve root compression was made by placing a silica gel plate in all the groups except the normal group. The normal and model groups were not treated. The Mobic, acupuncture and warm needling groups were treated by Mobic gavage, acupuncture and warm needling, respectively, for 14 days after model making. All the rats were sacrificed by anesthesia to take the compressed nerve root after 14 days. PLA2 in the compressed nerve roots of each group was measured using enzyme label microtiter plate assay. Results Mobic, acupuncture and warm needling all decreased PLA2 contents in rat compressed lumbar nerve roots (P〈0.01,P〈0.05). Warm needling decreased PLA2 contents more markedly than Mobic and acupuncture (P〈0.01,P〈0.05). Conclusion Warm needling can effectively decrease PLA2 in a rat model of lumbar nerve root compression.
